We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are family-run, so if something is not right with a unit, that falls on us, and we take care of it that same day.
I track every job on one board in our office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.
